If you would like to return a product to us, you must contact our customer service department via email at: customer_service@vapulashoppe.com or via phone: (321) 427-0790 within 30 days of receipt to insure an expedient refund. Please provide us with a copy of the invoice or a copy of the packing slip. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.
If items are missing from your order or have been damaged during shipping, please save the packing slip and contact our customer service department within 15 days via email at: customer_service@vapulashoppe.com or via phone: (321) 427-0790 to insure an expedient resolution. Vapula Occult Shoppe will, at your request, refund or replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or is missing due to a picking error. Damage claims to shipping parties (i.e. UPS, FedEX, USPS) will be filed by Vapula Occult Shoppe. |
